WELCOME TO OC THERAPY CLINIC
Evelyn Aizenberg Psy.D, Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis
There’s a reason you find yourself here. It takes courage to reach out for help, but now that you have, I’m here for you.
Are you struggling to find meaning in your life, or looking for connection in your relationships?
Do you seem pulled together to those around you, while on the inside you’re fighting your feelings of disconnection and loneliness?
Whatever it took to get to a place where you need support, I’m happy to meet you where you are and walk with you on your journey to healing.
It’s time to quiet your feelings of not being good enough or falling short. Trying to keep it together in the face of your challenges is exhausting, and you’ve finally chosen to say, “enough!” and seek balance and harmony in your life.
It’s time for a change, and you realize that at the heart of that change is your willingness to change; the willingness to stop giving to everyone else and to start giving to yourself, to quiet the inner critic, relax into your life, and find your personal peace.
I’m here to help you with all of that; to support you in connecting with yourself in a new way, so you can connect more deeply with those around you. Together, we will work together on a journey of self-discovery that will bring you to a safe and sacred place, where you feel seen, accepted, and safe.
This path is not an easy one and will take some work. But you’ve already started the work, by mustering the courage to find yourself here. I am excited for you, and would be honored to meet you, and share with you your own unique path of hope and healing.
